NO REFUNDS , EXCHANGES or ORDER CANCELLATIONS will be entertained once the order has been placed & unless items are faulty.
Please contact us with in 24 hours of receiving a faulty item including images of defect to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending it back, after 24 hours we will not held be responsible for any complains / refunds / exchanges etc.
In the unlikely event that an item does need to be returned , postage cost must be covered by the buyer sent as tracked parcel to ensure safe arrival, should your item not arrive and not sent via recorded delivery we will not be held liable.
All returned items must be sent back via tracked service & customer must retain proof of postage receipt.
All items are dry clean only/hand-wash only. Returns will not be accepted if it transpires outfits have been cleaned via other methods and thus damaged.
