Any damaged product should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
All products are sent by a signed for service.
If you a missed delivery and the courier has left a missed delivery card please ensure you chase it up it is your responsibility as the customer and we will not be responsible. If you don’t receive your product within 4 days please track your items.
If parcel is lost by the courier you will be given proof of postage to claim from courier company.
We will not take liability or responsibility for Duty or Customs for international orders, please check with your country Duty and customs rules before ordering.
We will endeavor to dispatch orders within 1 day of ordering Monday to Thursday.
Orders Placed On Friday Before 10am will be dispatched same day if ordered after 10am orders will be dispatched following Monday.
We do not dispatch on a Saturday and Sunday.
